A tasty Monastic cookie. The brothers of the Abbey of Oelenberg harvest the wheat from their fields to then transform it into flour in their mill, the latter used for the recipe of these tasty almond tiles.

A real treat, they are crunchy to perfection.

A craftsmanship carried out with care by the monks, the result is up to it!

Raw materials of monastic origin, artisanal work ... all the ingredients together to make a perfect cookie. The almond tiles are tasty and crunchy.

Between difficulties and projects

Our house is large and there are many outbuildings. For the past five years, we have been engaged in essential and urgent renovations and adaptations to improve our living environment and make it more in line with today's needs and standards: refurbishment of the hotel and kitchen, refurbishment community spaces, modernization of the mill, renovation of septic tanks… We are continuing our reflection in search of solutions, in particular with regard to the parts of buildings classified as Historical Monuments. One day, perhaps we will be able to open to the public some historical and cultural "treasures" of our monastery.
