The Cistercian sisters of the Notre-Dame de Bonneval monastery, located in Le Cayrol have been making a range of high-quality chocolates since 1878.

Talking about tradition is an understatement, two centuries that the sisters work an original cocoa through a specific supply chain for a fondant and a great richness of the aromas.

They restore the premises and set up a chocolate factory there: even today, they still make the famous chocolates of Bonneval, according to an unchanged recipe of which only they have the secret!
