Directions for use: Monks' drink that you can use 3 times a day as a 20-day cure. To do so, stir 1 tablespoon in a bowl of very hot water. As with any infusion, it is best not to bring this water to a boil. Infuse for 5 minutes to allow the active ingredients to disperse. You can then, at your convenience, enjoy your cold or hot drink at any time of the day. It is preferable to respect the recommended doses and duration.
