At the risk of disappointing you, if it was enough to drink the infusion to lose pounds, we would have known for a long time. However, it is not for nothing that we enjoy drinking a good herbal tea after a meal (very heavy, very fatty): drinking an infusion is a good way to eliminate waste and toxins.

The main thing is to choose the plants well ... the monks have the secret (chartreuse, alexion ...)

Supplier: Notre Dame d'Aiguebelle Abbey

Ingredients: Linden, blackcurrant (leaves), mate (leaf), sweet mint (leaf), millefeuille (flowers), elderberry (flowers), lavandin (flowers), basil (leaf), sage (leaves), thyme (flowering top )

Net Weight: 50g

Directions for use: Monks' drink that you can use 3 times a day as a 20-day cure. To do so, stir 1 tablespoon in a bowl of very hot water. As with any infusion, it is best not to bring this water to a boil. Infuse for 5 minutes to allow the active ingredients to disperse. You can then, at your convenience, enjoy your cold or hot drink at any time of the day. It is preferable to respect the recommended doses and duration.
