Made with good products at the Abbey du Barroux. Artisanally say ... Honey lavender and sugar are melted and cooked in a bain-marie inside copper cauldrons. We then add very gently egg whites mounted in snow.

This monastery created in the twentieth century represents, as the Sisters of Chantelle, the order of the Benedictines. Many community, the brothers appreciate the job well done. Pure monastic craftsmanship.
